Yes. Classes are taught live online on Zoom and are fully interactive: Ruth watches each student and gives individual corrections during the class.

Who teaches the classes?

Ruth, a Pilates and Movement Specialist with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She trained in ballet at the Royal Academy of Dance in London and in Pilates with Polestar.

Does RH+STUDIO run retreats?

Yes. Ruth leads Pilates and wellness retreats at Kaomai Lanna Resort in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, every few months.

Ruth has been teaching for over 25 years. She explains each exercise clearly, demonstrates it, and keeps an eye on everyone, so even a group class feels personal, whether you join in the room or on the live stream.

She teaches from Hong Kong, and every class is planned so it flows nicely from start to finish.
